Alicia Dong, the founder and leader of The Alicia Dong Team at Douglas Elliman. She regularly receives industry wide recognition for negotiating and closing complex deals in the hyper-competitive New York City luxury real estate market. The Alicia Dong Team was recently honored in the 2022 RealTrends America’s Best Ranking, as the Top 1.5% by transaction volume among the 1.6 million real estate professionals in the United States. The team also won multiple top awards at Douglas Elliman, including the 2022 Pinnacle Award, given to its Top 3% agents, as well as 2022 #7 in total transactions, 2022 #8 in total GCI and volume company-wide among peers. She has earned the trust to serve both global and local entrepreneurs, professionals, and investors. After closing over $300 Million in only a few short years, she has become a recognized powerhouse broker in NYC.
Her 12-person team is the largest Chinese-speaking team at Douglas Elliman. She believes strongly in giving her team members the tools and opportunities to grow, including opening a second location on Long Island. She is also an active real estate investor in the city. Born in China, Alicia came to the US to pursue her MBA. Alicia and her husband own properties in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island City and Connecticut. She now lives in Connecticut with her husband and son, and enjoys playing piano and tennis.
